"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Joe Gorga is facing criticism after posting some questionable photos of homes to promote his business.

Page Six reports that an Instagram post from Gorga, now deleted, showed two photos labeled "before" and "after," leading people to believe they were supposed to be the same home — one he renovated.

The photos showed the outside of two houses.

"Look at this flip worth $1.9m," Gorga's post said. "Took me 6 months to turn this around. Ripped off the roof & added to the second floor. I think I might move in."

Except the "after" clearly looked nothing like the "before." In fact, the second home was located at a different address.

Gorga, 40, now claims the mistake was due to a mixup that was not his own doing.

The owner of the "after" home, Caley Svensson of Park Ridge, told Page Six that she asked Gorga to remove the photo of her house, but that he didn't respond.

"When @JoeyGorga tries to rip off your house and claim he flipped it ..." Svensson posted on Instagram. "Can I get a Watch What Happens Live over here," she said, referring to Bravo host Andy Cohen's late-night show.

Gorga, who has a home in Montville with his wife, "RHONJ" star Melissa Gorga — his sister is "RHONJ" mainstay Teresa Giudice — told Page Six that he was involved with the "after" home belonging to Svensson.

He said he helped fund the construction of the new home, but that his social media manager made the error with the photos.

"I don't flip people's houses," Gorga told the outlet. "I buy properties. I don't deal with homeowners … because I am a famous guy and people overreact."
